Description

  • Own technical SEO health across Rolling Arrays.
  • Implement and validate structured data in Schema markup.
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, and indexing controls.
  • Develop AI-aware content strategies that improve discoverability in search engines and AI assistants.
  • Bridge traditional SEO practices with large language model indexing and content surfacing approaches.
  • Design content to be conversational, answer-focused, and semantically rich for AI-generated responses.
  • Conduct keyword research, identify content gaps, and turn research into briefs for writers and designers.
  • Optimize titles, metadata, headings, and internal links across both sites.
  • Map topic clusters and hub-and-spoke architecture for consulting and product content.
  • Own SEO, AEO, and GEO reporting, including rankings, traffic, indexation, AI citations, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years in SEO with hands-on technical work.
  • At least one full site migration experience, including protecting rankings end to end.
  • Strong knowledge of crawl budget, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, internal linking, and information architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JSON-LD schema, and modern CMS structure such as Webflow or similar.
  • Strong grasp of AEO and GEO, including how AI Overview citations differ from traditional rankings.
  • Ability to diagnose why a page is not ranking and implement fixes.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, or the broader HR technology space (nice to have).
  • Comfort with Webflow CMS and light scripting (nice to have).
  • Experience with log-file analysis and programmatic SEO (nice to have).
