Description

  • Gather business requirements from client SMEs and document functional specifications.
  • Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
  • Configure and test HRIS modules to meet client requirements.
  • Support data migration activities as needed.
  • Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
  • Collect client feedback and translate it into system changes.
  • Deliver end-user training on HRIS modules.
  • Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
  • Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.
  • Experience documenting business needs during workshops with moderate guidance.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting HRIS solutions with growing confidence.
