Description

  • Define and drive the overall UX strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Create and review wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual quality across user interfaces.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
