Description

  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs.
  • Create testing roadmaps aligned to business goals and hypotheses.
  • Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to implement experiments.
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and key conversion flows.
  • Use experimentation and testing tools to run tests and gather insights.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, including heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics, to inform decisions.
  • Report on test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in CRO, experimentation, and user behavior analysis.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.
  • Ability to form hypotheses and prioritize tests based on potential impact.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate results and insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across different industries, products, and customer journeys.
  • Experience with personalization and dynamic content strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with statistical significance and experiment design is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferred.
