Description

  • Build and execute scalable organic, community-led, and guerrilla acquisition strategies across AI and developer ecosystems.
  • Own monthly new active-user acquisition targets, DAU growth, and conversion of users into paying customers.
  • Track and optimize the acquisition funnel from traffic and activation through DAU and paid conversion to improve CAC and unit economics.
  • Grow product visibility and engagement through social media, blogs, developer and AI communities, organic content, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage outsourced production of promotional videos, reviews, and product demos, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Own and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with the product team to align acquisition campaigns with onboarding, activation, and monetization insights.
  • Monitor trends in AI, developer tools, and relevant communities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience, with a track record of launching and scaling new tech products.
  • Experience driving user acquisition through guerrilla, community-led, and organic strategies with lean budgets.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and measuring results from influencers and creators in AI, developer, or technology niches.
  • Familiarity with developer and AI communities such as Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Ability to develop strategy and execute hands-on, including sourcing contractors and launching campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability to track, optimize, and iterate acquisition funnels against growth KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative technology products.
  • Fluent English (B2+) for outreach, content creation, and international collaboration.
  • Fluent Russian (C1+) for internal team communication.
  • Familiarity with modern AI marketing tools and low-code/no-code platforms, including Vibe Coding (preferred).
