Description

  • Meet weekly with candidates throughout their engagement.
  • Understand each candidate’s career story, strengths, motivations, values, and goals.
  • Help candidates develop a personalized Career Prayer™ and professional narrative.
  • Strengthen resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and broader career positioning.
  • Identify target roles, companies, industries, and opportunities.
  • Activate candidates’ networks through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and important career conversations.
  • Use AI and research tools to improve coaching preparation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with coaches, operations, and the founder to improve the candidate experience.
  • Develop potential business, community, referral, and coaching initiatives with Respiris.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Meaningful professional experience across multiple companies, environments, industries, or business stages.
  • Strong understanding of how careers are built, changed, and reinvented.
  • Experience navigating organizations, leaders, teams, hiring processes, or career decisions.
  • Exceptional listening, communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt coaching to each individual.
  • Strong judgment, pattern recognition, problem-solving, follow-through, and reliability without a rigid playbook.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Respiris team.
  • Availability during business hours for candidate sessions.
  • Comfort learning and experimenting with AI platforms, research tools, and prompting; familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or AI agents is helpful.
  • Experience or interest in behavioral, coaching, or career-development frameworks such as MBTI, Enneagram, CliftonStrengths, DISC, Working Genius, or Hogan is preferred.
