Description

  • Lead and execute technical SEO strategies across medical and aesthetic websites.
  • Conduct audits to identify issues with crawling, indexing, rendering, site speed, and organic performance.
  • Manage technical SEO projects including migrations, redirect mapping, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, structured data, and site architecture.
  • Review HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to identify issues and create clear developer tickets.
  • Collaborate with developers and SEO team members to implement recommendations.
  • Lead, review, and support a small technical SEO team.
  • Manage team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Communicate technical SEO issues, recommendations, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, including recent technical SEO work.
  • Strong experience with site migrations, redirect mapping, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema, crawling, indexing, and technical site architecture.
  • Ability to read HTML, CSS, and JavaScript well enough to identify issues and write developer tickets; production coding experience is not required.
  • Experience managing at least two team members, including performance and professional development.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills, including the ability to conduct one-on-ones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical SEO issues using real examples and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working full-time as an independent contractor.
  • Must reside in a Latin American country and submit a resume in English.
