Description

Process payroll for countries across Europe while ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Review, check, and approve salary registers for the European region.
Generate invoices in the HRIS system based on payroll data and share them with clients.
Respond to client and internal stakeholder questions about payroll calculations, invoicing, and service fees.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve and maintain payroll processes across the region.
Monitor regional employment tax regulations and apply updates to payroll processing.
Enter data into payroll databases, calculate total cost of employment, and summarize payroll reporting as needed.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on European payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, employer burden, and pension contributions for European countries, especially Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy.
Well-versed in local employment tax rules and compliance across Europe.
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
Experience managing payroll across multiple global locations and employee headcounts above 500.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
High-energy, success-driven attitude with self-initiative and a positive can-do mindset.
