Description

  • Prospect and qualify potential real estate agency clients.
  • Conduct approximately 100 outbound activities per day, including calls.
  • Identify agencies’ needs and challenges.
  • Present RealAdvisor’s offering and generate prospect interest.
  • Book qualified sales demonstrations for the Sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize attendance at scheduled meetings.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the international Sales team.
  • Work toward defined activity, performance, and KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Polish proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with making frequent outbound calls.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with prospects.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, SDR, telemarketing, business development, or real estate preferred.
