Description

  • Lead high-priority operational and business transformation initiatives across Real Chemistry Media.
  • Partner with media, operations, finance, technology, and client-facing teams to drive execution and alignment.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and leadership status reporting.
  • Facilitate working sessions and drive decision-making across teams and functions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support operational excellence, workflow optimization, and technology-related projects.
  • Manage project communications and provide executive-ready updates.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Media agency experience required; healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience improving processes, workflows, and organizational effectiveness with operational stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with media operations, campaign workflows, resource management, financial processes, or agency operations.
  • Experience with Mediaocean or other media management platforms and technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP or related project management certification preferred.
  • Availability for a six-month, 40-hour-per-week freelance engagement.
