Description

Create executive presentations from concepts and communicate with executives to refine materials.
Help develop and maintain a strong visual brand in support of the marketing manager and business stakeholders.
Work on planned and ad hoc design projects based on department goals and stakeholder needs.
Produce creative assets across mediums, including website graphics, iconography, digital assets for owned and social media, and event booth design and layout.
Leverage internal and third-party resources to support creative production efficiently.
Design and maintain presentation templates for the marketing team and internal clients.
Create proposals and presentations in Google Slides.
Contribute to design strategy for owned media content.
Develop and maintain a U.S. inventory of creative assets, including Canva templates and a single Google Deck repository.
Collaborate with the global team to develop and refine branded templates.
Update website content and creative in Typo3.
Edit videos for various channels, including light video editing and animation.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and incorporate client feedback into creative work.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional design experience.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print, and web design.
Experience creating presentations and pitches in Google Slides.
Experience working in Canva.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience creating infographics.
Experience creating iconography.
Familiarity with type in motion and the ability to design and produce motion graphics.
Prior design experience in branding, advertising, illustration, or graphic design.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
BA or BFA in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Experience using Typo3 is preferred.
Graphic design experience for professional services companies is preferred.
Occasional travel may be required depending on project scope or management direction.
