Description

  • Source, attract, and onboard new LATAM affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA programs.
  • Conduct daily affiliate outreach, prospecting, and incoming-lead follow-up.
  • Manage, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates, networks, and agencies.
  • Coordinate affiliate payout processes and respond to affiliate inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraud.
  • Launch and drive projects that improve the affiliate program.
  • Gather affiliate feedback and share insights with the Team Lead.
  • Prepare and analyze affiliate performance reports.
  • Represent the company at remote and in-person affiliate events, meet-ups, conferences, and business trips.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of affiliate marketing experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to identify, approach, and build relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
  • Experience in Forex or other financial verticals is strongly preferred.
  • An existing network of trusted LATAM affiliates or partners is a significant advantage.
