Description

  • Support flight testing, customer training, and product support alongside Deployed Flight Test Engineers.
  • Maintain continuous customer-site operations by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues with remote engineering support.
  • Provide detailed technical feedback to operations and engineering teams to improve products and deployment procedures.
  • Fly and test new aircraft hardware and software features.
  • Perform aircraft and ground-infrastructure maintenance across fleet sites.
  • Serve as Pilot in Command or Ground Control Operator for experimental and developmental unmanned aircraft.
  • Recommend product features, improvements, and design changes to engineering and design teams.
  • Participate in ground and flight test events.
  • Manage logistics supporting flight operations.
  • Standardize aircraft ground and flight operations, procedures, and instructional techniques.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience flying fixed-wing UAVs, model aircraft, or large multirotors.
  • Fluent Portuguese required; English proficiency preferred for training, technical documentation, and communication with international customers.
  • Experience with ground-control and mission-planning software.
  • 1–5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic high-voltage safety knowledge and comfort working with 120 VDC, 20–30 kW systems.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to work independently, self-direct, and manage time effectively.
  • Thoroughness and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Mato Grosso and spend several weeks working independently.
  • Familiarity with Linux, command-line tools, and Git.
  • Continued employment is subject to applicable government export-control authorization requirements.
