Description

Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces.
Conduct user research through usability testing, interviews and data analysis to identify needs and validate design decisions.
Translate business requirements into intuitive wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity Figma designs.
Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces aligned with WCAG and design best practices.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout design and development.
Use AI tools to explore alternatives, prototype concepts and improve design output.
Present and defend user-centred design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
Iterate designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web and mobile application design work.
Deep understanding of user-centred design, interaction design and visual design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design improvements.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
Ability to challenge assumptions and advocate for user-focused solutions.
Familiarity with AI tools in the design process.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate asynchronously.
Fluent English at C1 level, with strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams.
Experience in a digital agency or software development company (preferred).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration (preferred).
Familiarity with prototyping and usability-testing tools (preferred).
Experience in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce (preferred).
Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (preferred).
