Description

  • Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations that establish creative direction for client engagements.
  • Create and contribute to brand books and visual identity systems.
  • Plan and participate in client brand workshops, translating discussions into real-time visual concepts.
  • Produce concept visuals, campaign assets, and creative options using generative image and video tools.
  • Design and art-direct client pitch decks, presentations, and proposals, including layout, typography, imagery, and data visualization.
  • Build reusable slide systems and templates in Google Slides and Figma Slides.
  • Support UI and product design work using Figma and agentic design tools.
  • Partner with product designers and developers to maintain consistent visual and brand craft across UI deliverables.
  • Evaluate emerging AI design tools and apply strong graphic design fundamentals across deliverables.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to client stakeholders while supporting multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, including significant agency or consulting experience.
  • Strong graphic design foundation in typography, layout, brand systems, color, and visual composition.
  • Portfolio-demonstrated experience with generative image and video tools such as Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, Veo, or comparable tools.
  • Experience creating stylescapes and brand books and leading or participating in brand workshops.
  • Working proficiency in Figma and ability to support UI and product design work.
  • Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with agentic AI design workflows, such as Claude Code and Claude Design.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Availability to work from Canada in hours aligned with Eastern Time.
  • Experience with BMAD or similar agentic delivery frameworks, a portfolio spanning brand and UI/product design, familiarity with Runway or Adobe Firefly, motion graphics, or front-end/prototyping is preferred.
