Description

  • Apply Prosci’s change management methodology, tools, and research to drive adoption and project success.
  • Support or lead change efforts across small-, medium-, and large-scale client initiatives.
  • Coach client teams and leaders through the Knowledge-to-Ability (K2A) journey.
  • Facilitate client working sessions such as assessments, workshops, and readiness activities.
  • Develop and deliver change management deliverables for client engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Influence sponsor and executive-level conversations on change adoption and project success.
  • Lead and coach other change practitioners on project teams at senior and principal levels.

Requirements

  • Prosci Change Management Methodology Practitioner certification at minimum; more advanced Prosci certifications are a plus.
  • Experience applying Prosci’s change management methodology on real-world initiatives.
  • 2+ years of change management experience for early/career-level candidates.
  • 5+ years of change management experience, including leading workstreams or projects, for senior-level candidates.
  • 7–10+ years of experience leading complex, high-risk, or enterprise change initiatives and coaching executives for principal-level candidates.
  • Exposure to AI, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale technology change.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
  • Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication, courage, self-awareness, resilience, results orientation, strategic mindset, decision quality, and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role open to candidates in the US and Canada.
  • Projected hourly rate of $90–150 USD, depending on experience, scope, and engagement level.
  • Minimal travel required depending on client needs.
