Description

  • Evaluate AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
  • Review model outputs for accessibility, inclusion, and adherence to modern design standards.
  • Validate AI suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
  • Identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps, and weak visual hierarchy in proposed interfaces.
  • Assess AI-generated product requirement documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
  • Provide high-quality critique on UI layouts, information architecture, and design quality.
  • Explain the reasoning behind design decisions and critiques of AI-generated work.

Requirements

  • A BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
  • Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to provide strong feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in explaining the rationale behind design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools such as Protopie or Framer, and handoff processes.
  • Familiarity with research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Linear, or Notion for documenting product lifecycles and specs.
  • A PayPal account to receive payment from Prolific's clients.
