Description

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create mockups to communicate functionality and design concepts.
  • Refine user personas and map user journeys.
  • Champion best practices in user experience design across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on platform improvements.
  • Build relationships with users, customer success, and other internal groups to better understand needs.
  • Translate research and user feedback into practical UX improvements for the platform.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in UX Design, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, DoveTail, Adobe, and Protopie.
  • Expert-level professional UX design experience.
  • Strong visual design skills with a high standard for UI quality.
  • Flawless attention to detail.
  • Experience gathering and working with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of established and emerging design practices.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful for discussing specs with engineers.
  • Experience with usability testing and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for helping others and building relationships across the organization.
