Description

  • Own and execute the owned brand content strategy across blogs, podcasts, web, and long- and short-form content.
  • Plan editorial calendars, write and edit content, manage production workflows, and deliver work against deadlines.
  • Translate product marketing and go-to-market strategies into brand content that supports thought leadership and top-of-funnel objectives.
  • Develop thought leadership content for executives and subject matter experts across owned media channels.
  • Create distribution strategies and collaborate with demand, social, web, and other teams to reach priority audiences.
  • Manage agency partnership programs, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, growth, People, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams.
  • Track content performance, report on key metrics, and optimize editorial strategy based on insights.
  • Establish guidelines for brand storytelling, content positioning, and channel strategy.
  • Lead SUMMIT conference content strategy and support attendee-facing event deliverables, including website copy, presentations, booth messaging, and videos.
  • Support employer brand content through employee stories, recruitment campaigns, and careers-focused web content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies with a strong hands-on delivery record.
  • Experience managing owned channels such as blogs, podcasts, and websites, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and production.
  • Experience managing agency partners and external content programs.
  • Understanding of how brand content supports top-of-funnel demand generation and thought leadership.
  • Ability to translate product marketing and go-to-market strategies into brand storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and turn insights into improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple teams or marketing pods.
  • Healthcare or B2B SaaS marketing experience is preferred but not required.
