Description

  • Create and post 30 engaging TikTok videos per month.
  • Develop TikTok content aligned with client branding, campaign objectives, creative briefs, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas and creative concepts.
  • Complete account setup and warming activities according to project guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and meet content delivery deadlines across multiple campaigns.
  • Submit content for review and incorporate feedback and revision requests promptly.
  • Provide weekly account analytics and performance reports and participate in weekly account review calls.
  • Communicate proactively about delays, blockers, or availability changes affecting deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining responsiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience creating UGC for brands, consumer apps, e-commerce businesses, or direct-response campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform best practices, and short-form storytelling.
  • Proven ability to maintain consistent content production schedules and meet recurring deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and reliability.
  • Experience following creative briefs and implementing feedback effectively.
  • Professional communication skills and prompt responsiveness to feedback and project updates.
  • Strong creative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for content creation, social media, and emerging content trends.
  • Portfolio of UGC or short-form content demonstrating creativity, performance, and quality may be requested.
