Description

  • Provide invoice coding support for assigned properties to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor a personal inbox, respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile vendor account statements.
  • Support weekly payment operations by keying wires for designated properties.
  • Download, process, and submit invoice payments from online vendor portals as directed by the AP supervisor.
  • Assist with annual 1099 preparation by verifying vendor tax information and payment data.
  • Support daily accounts payable operations alongside Senior and Lead AP team members.
  • Help maintain organized financial records and efficient AP workflows.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as a contractor and/or work in the country where you are located.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Alignment with the company’s community norms: own it, make it better, and treat people right.
  • Experience in property-based or hospitality-related accounting (preferred).
