Description

  • Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid channels including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and provide recommendations that improve ROI, subscriber rates, and growth.
  • Design and run testing strategies to evaluate creative performance, targeting, tactics, and channel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition on budget allocation and pacing.
  • Partner with social, content, and creative teams to develop new creative concepts and iterate on top-performing assets.
  • Manage the creative pipeline and maintain a user acquisition creative repository.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile-first or subscription-based business.
  • Experience managing scaled paid campaigns with more than $1M in monthly budget responsibility.
  • Knowledge of key UA metrics such as CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and tracking methodologies; AppsFlyer experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on media buying experience across UA channels including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis and experimental design is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in data analytics and/or engineering is highly preferred.
