Description

  • Build and improve AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, and internal AI tooling.
  • Research and test new AI tools as they launch and apply them to day-to-day execution.
  • Manage company social channels and create LinkedIn content for leadership using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build and maintain content calendars and transform podcast transcripts into social and thought-leadership assets.
  • Support podcast recording, editing, publishing, show notes, and promotional clip production.
  • Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including lead database management and optimization.
  • Update websites, landing pages, decks, sales collateral, and event or conference materials.
  • Coordinate conferences and webinars, including logistics, registrations, sponsorship deadlines, vendors, and presentation materials.
  • Build newsletters, nurture sequences, and professional communications for clients, partners, and sales follow-ups.
  • Handle light technical operations such as DNS updates, configuration adjustments, basic commits, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Strong daily experience using Claude, AI copilots, AI workflow tools, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent written English and copywriting ability.
  • Strong organizational, execution, and self-management skills.
  • Comfort with dashboards, technical tools, and AI systems.
  • Experience with social media, content workflows, and marketing coordination.
  • Reliable remote setup and internet connection.
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
  • Preference for candidates located in LATAM.
  • Podcast editing or production experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
  • Canva or AI-assisted design experience is preferred.
  • Email marketing platform experience is preferred.
  • Amazon KDP or self-publishing exposure is preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or elective medical industries is preferred.
