Description

  • Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and other visual assets.
  • Edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos for social media and digital platforms.
  • Maintain consistent brand identities across multiple clients and projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients on creative concepts.
  • Create graphics and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Edit and optimize videos for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Revise designs and videos based on client and team feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent software.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
  • Experience editing videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with English proficiency at a C1 level or higher and a slight to neutral accent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles (preferred).
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp (preferred).
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies, agencies, or marketing teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or Midjourney (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy (preferred).
