Description

  • Integrate and support Corwyn sportsbook products on customer platforms following established processes.
  • Collaborate with customer IT departments and internal product, development, and sales teams to onboard and support clients.
  • Communicate directly with international B2B customers across multiple locations.
  • Own the troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers.
  • Coordinate technical and operational activities between customers and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base content.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the sports betting industry and sportsbook products.
  • Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical support or sales operations.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and communication protocols.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, self-initiative, attention to detail, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to learn about the esports ecosystem and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, programming, XML, JSON, APIs, and databases is preferred.
