Description

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content aligned with the Forum’s communication strategy.
Edit raw footage into compelling narratives optimized for digital and social media channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content objectives and translate them into visual storytelling.
Manage lighting, audio, and camera setups to maintain professional production standards.
Optimize video formats for multiple platforms while ensuring consistency and performance.
Incorporate branding guidelines and messaging into all audiovisual deliverables.
Maintain efficient workflows and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic project environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in video production, filming, and editing.
3+ years of experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
2+ years of experience producing content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio recording, and storytelling techniques.
Ability to manage end-to-end production independently in deadline-driven environments.
Advanced English level is required for this role.
Experience working with US clients is required.
Experience in a short-term project environment is preferred.
