Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards across the Oracle Fusion reporting ecosystem.
  • Build and optimize reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Create self-service analyses and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualization.
  • Develop reporting and analytics using Fusion Data Intelligence and Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
  • Extract and stage Fusion data for downstream reporting using BI Cloud Connector.
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses and reports using Oracle Smart View for Office, including EPM and financial reporting cubes.
  • Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Create paginated or pixel-perfect operational reports using SSRS and/or Power BI paginated reports.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based reporting using Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into accurate, performant reporting solutions.
  • Tune report performance, troubleshoot data and rendering issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document report specifications, data sources, and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to validate outputs.
  • Advise stakeholders on the appropriate reporting technology and best practices for each use case.

Requirements

  • Proven expert-level experience writing reports within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise with BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, and Oracle Analytics Cloud, including Data Visualization.
  • Experience with BI Cloud Connector for Fusion data extraction.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Smart View for Office for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
  • Experience building paginated reports with SSRS and/or Power BI paginated reports.
  • Proficiency with advanced Excel reporting, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Solid SQL skills and the ability to work with Oracle Fusion data structures and subject areas.
  • Ability to gather requirements and deliver complete reporting solutions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (preferred).
  • Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion pillars such as ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data integration and extract strategies for Fusion data (preferred).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Power BI Report Server (preferred).
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring other report developers (preferred).
  • Relevant Oracle and/or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
