Description

  • Perform development work as part of the client’s software engineering teams.
  • Support the client’s developers in daily tasks and project work.
  • Provide assistance to the client’s customers during US working hours.
  • Monitor and resolve critical issues outside standard European hours.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and virtual team events.
  • Integrate with the client’s wider developer community.
  • Integrate the SaaS platform with customer ERP systems to retrieve data.
  • Analyze data and deliver insights back to customers.
  • Build and maintain features within the SaaS application.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in backend development with Java.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Comfortable working independently during off-standard hours.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in distributed, international teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with ERP system integration, preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS product development, preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments, preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms, preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing support or issue resolution, preferred.
