Description

  • Configure and support the IFS Cloud platform, including Aurena client, page designer, custom fields, and custom actions.
  • Manage IFS extensibility features such as custom events, workflows, business process automation, and projections.
  • Administer the security model, including users, roles, permission sets, and access control.
  • Manage background jobs, scheduled tasks, report routing, and system configurations.
  • Support IFS upgrades, service updates, environment readiness, regression validation, and rollback planning.
  • Support IFS Connect, queues, routing rules, and platform integrations.
  • Troubleshoot application, workflow, data, and integration issues and identify root causes using logs, system behavior, and performance data.
  • Monitor system health, background processing, and platform performance.
  • Partner with IT/IS teams and business stakeholders on prioritization, solution design, and platform improvements.
  • Document configurations, integrations, workflows, and technical procedures, and support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.
  • Deep experience in IFS configuration, extensibility, and platform administration, with no core code development focus.
  • Experience with Aurena, custom fields, custom actions, events, workflows, and projections.
  • Strong knowledge of the IFS security model, including users, roles, permissions, and access control.
  • Experience supporting IFS upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IFS Connect, integrations, queues, and routing rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within ERP environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based teams.
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably.
  • Exposure to business process automation and system optimization, preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration best practices and documentation standards, preferred.
  • Experience with performance tuning and platform monitoring within IFS, preferred.
