Description

Present, promote, and sell products and services through inbound and outbound call centre activity.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain positive customer and business relationships.
Resolve customer problems and complaints to improve satisfaction.
Meet agreed sales targets and outcomes within required timelines.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze market potential and track sales performance and status reports.
Stay current on best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve performance through feedback.
Manage pipelining and sales reporting to support the sales process.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12.
Clear criminal record.
2 years of sales experience is mandatory.
Basic computer literacy.
Inbound, outbound, and cold calling sales experience with a proven track record is essential.
Ability to close a sale.
ISP experience is advantageous.
Strong targeting, tracking, and measuring capability.
Ability to manage the sales process through strong pipelining skills.
Customer retention experience or capability.
