Description

  • Desarrollar e implementar personalizaciones y experimentos en el sitio web usando JavaScript, CSS y HTML.
  • Trabajar con plataformas de inyección de código frontend para desplegar cambios sin modificar el backend.
  • Colaborar con diseño UX/UI para convertir prototipos y wireframes en implementaciones funcionales.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de Analytics para definir métricas e interpretar resultados de experimentos.
  • Consultar y manipular bases de datos en AWS para personalizaciones basadas en segmentación u অফertas específicas.
  • Participar en la priorización del backlog con el Product Owner y aportar estimaciones realistas.
  • Documentar los cambios implementados y dar soporte y mantenimiento a soluciones ya desplegadas.
  • Proponer mejoras técnicas alineadas con los objetivos comerciales del negocio.

Requirements

  • JavaScript de nivel intermedio-avanzado, con experiencia en manipulación del DOM, eventos y buenas prácticas de rendimiento.
  • CSS avanzado con experiencia en maquetación responsive, animaciones y compatibilidad cross-browser.
  • HTML semántico y accesible.
  • Experiencia con AWS y servicios de almacenamiento o bases de datos como S3, DynamoDB o RDS.
  • Experiencia previa con plataformas de inyección o gestión de código frontend como Chameleon, Optimizely, VWO o Google Optimize, deseable pero no excluyente.
  • Conocimientos básicos de metodologías de A/B testing y experimentación web.
  • Nociones de backend, aunque el rol está enfocado 100% en frontend.
  • Inglés conversacional alto, con comunicación fluida oral y escrita.
  • Pensamiento orientado al negocio y capacidad para entender el impacto comercial de las soluciones técnicas.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo con diseño, producto y analítica.
  • Experiencia previa en equipos de CRO, growth u optimización de conversión, deseable.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de analítica web como Google Analytics, Mixpanel o Amplitude, deseable.
  • Conocimiento de control de versiones con Git, deseable.
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples mercados o países simultáneamente, deseable.
