Description

  • Design user interfaces aligned with Design System guidelines, ensuring visual clarity, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize UI components that improve key user flows in digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with Front End development teams to ensure clear visual handoff and accurate implementation of designs.
  • Execute visual audits and QA processes to identify improvement opportunities in existing interfaces and flows.
  • Participate actively in design reviews and iterate on feedback informed by observation and metrics.
  • Document visual decisions, patterns, and best practices to strengthen the scalability of the visual system and shared knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience as a UI Designer for digital products, including App and/or Web.
  • Experience working with Design Systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or equivalent tools.
  • Experience collaborating with Front End development teams and handoff processes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles, visual consistency, and user-centered design.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
