Description

  • Research and document root causes for replacement orders.
  • Proofread and edit design files to meet customer, productivity, and quality requirements.
  • Communicate with customers by email to resolve issues and create replacement orders.
  • Troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors in a production environment.
  • Use available resources to identify effective customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams and printing facilities to deliver quality service.
  • Work at least one weekend day each week; days off may not be consecutive.

Requirements

  • Residence in one of the eligible states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
  • InDesign and Lightroom experience preferred.
  • Experience with G Suite.
  • Ability to produce high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively on a collaborative, remote team, accept feedback, and learn quickly.
  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges.

  • Hourly pay of $18.55 in designated metropolitan areas or $17.02 in other eligible locations.
