Description

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries with ownership and warmth.
  • Resolve custom product questions, fulfillment issues, and unique customer concerns without relying on rigid scripts.
  • Use internal knowledge resources to research questions and deliver accurate solutions.
  • Navigate CRM, order management, inventory, design-file, and tracking systems simultaneously.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms while following data policies.
  • Identify operational errors and platform friction, and share improvement insights with Customer Service leadership.
  • Maintain service quality, availability, efficient time management, and proactive communication.
  • Participate in supervisor 1:1s and camera-on video huddles to discuss resolutions and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience serving high-end customers and fully owning complex problem resolution.
  • Experience handling inbound contact queues across phone, email, or live chat.
  • Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, such as photo printing and design files.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including creating customized professional responses.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to context-switch across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk, with the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Problem-solving experience in fast-paced e-commerce, app support, or similar customer-facing environments is preferred.
  • Must reside in an eligible state and be available for a set schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Benefits

  • Remote seasonal role running from September through December 2026.
  • Set schedule within Minted’s seven-day operating hours.
  • Hourly compensation of $19.19 in listed Geo 2 metropolitan areas or $17.62 in other eligible locations.
  • Small-team environment with direct supervisor support, live huddles, and regular 1:1 check-ins.
  • Eligible work locations include AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
