Description

  • Build realistic simulated developer environments with codebase, infrastructure, tickets, documentation, and conversation history.
  • Design tasks from intermediate environment states and define what counts as a solved solution.
  • Write tests that accurately verify agent solutions and handle multiple valid approaches.
  • Review agent outputs, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Ensure tasks are solvable by an AI agent while still being genuinely challenging.
  • Evaluate solutions against fair and robust acceptance criteria.
  • Work within project deadlines and submit completed tasks for review.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and FastAPI.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Submit CV in English.
  • Ability to work on a project-based basis rather than as permanent employment.

Benefits
