Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of those environments and define what counts as a solved task.
  • Write tests that accurately verify AI agent solutions and distinguish correct from incorrect approaches.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Ensure tasks are solvable by an AI agent while still being challenging for frontier coding models.
  • Develop fair and robust evaluation criteria that accept valid solutions and reject invalid ones.
  • Collaborate through the project workflow from qualification to task completion and submission by deadline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python, including FastAPI.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React.
  • Experience working with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to work on a project-based basis rather than as permanent employment.
  • Ability to complete tasks by the specified deadline and meet acceptance criteria.
