Description

  • Build realistic virtual developer environments with codebase, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design coding tasks from intermediate states of those environments and define clear success criteria.
  • Write tests that verify agent solutions and distinguish correct approaches from incorrect ones.
  • Review AI agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation criteria to ensure tasks are fair, robust, and solvable by an AI agent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python (FastAPI).
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
  • Experience with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
  • Ability to complete project tasks by the deadline; work is flexible and self-scheduled.
  • Understanding of how to evaluate and challenge advanced AI coding models.
