Description

  • Build realistic virtual developer environments with codebase, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments, including the prompt and clear criteria for what counts as solved.
  • Write functional and integration tests that validate agent solutions and distinguish correct from incorrect approaches.
  • Review agent outputs, analyze failure cases, and iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Refine evaluation tasks until they are fair, robust, and solvable by an AI agent.
  • Ensure tasks reflect realistic real-world developer work and challenge advanced coding models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Core stack experience with Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to work on a project-based basis rather than in permanent employment.
  • Willingness to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
  • Experience understanding model failure modes and designing tasks that expose them (preferred).
