Description

  • Support strategic special projects and ongoing operational needs.
  • Partner with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams on enablement programs.
  • Oversee a portfolio of enablement programs.
  • Bring structure to cross-functional work and help align goals across teams.
  • Use critical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage competing priorities and support multiple business operations tasks.
  • Help improve processes and administrative workflows.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, executive support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing work.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, technology, or another fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with a project management or work management platform.
  • Experience supporting business operations or administrative functions.
  • Ability to work Eastern US time, with typical workdays from 16:00 to 00:00 Turkey time.
  • Perfect English skills, both written and oral, with advanced English required for interviews.
  • Residing in the Istanbul city center.
  • Permanent-term contractor opportunity with Medsien Inc.
