Description

  • Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to interpret vision and requirements.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Optimize site performance, load speed, and on-page SEO.
  • Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, modular, and well-documented codebase.
  • Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic.
  • Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in WordPress development with a focus on custom themes.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla and jQuery), and PHP.
  • Experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into WordPress sites.
  • Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery is optional but helpful.
  • Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design practices.
  • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page elements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, down to the last pixel and interaction.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams.
  • Experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a nice to have.
  • Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardening is a nice to have.
