Description

  • Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive Webflow pages.
  • Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility across published websites.
  • Optimize site performance and load speed.
  • Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed.
  • Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Webflow development.
  • Strong command of web development and HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • Experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into Webflow sites.
  • Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design practices.
  • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page elements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security best practices is preferred.
