Description

Edit and produce paid social video ads optimized for performance across Meta, Instagram, and other channels.
Build and test creative using performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, hook rate, hold rate, and thumb-stop rate.
Monitor the competitive landscape while maintaining Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning.
Move quickly through a cycle of testing, analyzing, pivoting, and iterating on creative.
Collaborate with performance marketing and creative strategy teams to turn insights into stronger content.
Support a DTC audience with scroll-stopping video creative for paid social efforts.
Contribute to creative development in a fast-moving, early-stage 0-to-1 environment.

Requirements

3-month contract position for 20 hours per week, with possible extension based on business needs.
A portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic range and performance results.
Experience or fluency in DTC creative strategy and ecommerce.
Comfort working in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment with moving targets.
Ability to welcome feedback, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience in women’s lifestyle or wellness content is a strong plus.
Experience in static design is a bonus.
Availability to start within 2 weeks is a bonus.
