Description

  • Lead CRM campaign and customer engagement execution across multiple channels in Braze.
  • Configure and customise Braze journeys, campaigns, and agreed CRM strategies.
  • Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Collaborate with clients, CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and technical teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Manage and analyse customer data for audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
  • Conduct quality assurance across campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate client business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Keep current with Braze capabilities and CRM best practices.
  • Support improvements to delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform utilisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience working with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail when testing campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, preferably in client-facing or agency environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid work visa required; Massive Rocket does not currently provide sponsorship. BYOD, identity checks, and references may be required; contractors need proof of incorporation and current insurance.
