Description

  • Lead complex CRM projects within client timelines and budgets.
  • Scope and oversee bespoke CRM implementations, migrations, and integrations across broader technology stacks.
  • Audit CRM systems and recommend performance and process improvements.
  • Support pre-sales through client pitches, technical solution discussions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to align clients on CRM goals, requirements, and strategies.
  • Build relationships and drive stakeholder alignment through influence and collaboration.
  • Manage, mentor, and support CRM team members through one-to-ones, feedback, development goals, and workload management.
  • Translate CRM strategies into actionable roadmaps and oversee personalised, data-driven customer journeys.
  • Maintain Braze expertise and apply advanced features to improve client outcomes.
  • Analyse campaign and customer data, uphold QA standards, and contribute to best practices and documentation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of CRM consulting, implementation, and optimisation experience.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Experience leading CRM projects and delivering measurable client outcomes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Braze, including advanced and newly released features.
  • Experience scoping and implementing complex CRM solutions integrated with broader marketing technology stacks.
  • Ability to audit CRM systems and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Experience with pre-sales, client pitches, and interactive client workshops.
  • Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and mentoring skills; previous line management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Valid work visa required; sponsorship is not available.
