Description

  • Build and lead the organic content engine across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Work with Josh Hudson on content strategy, ideation, brand voice, and creative direction.
  • Turn long-form content into platform-native short-form clips, posts, titles, thumbnails, and content angles.
  • Lead the 5-person editing team day to day and review edits for hook strength, pacing, retention, storytelling, and brand voice.
  • Run weekly editor meetings and hold the team to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Design and run the Content Waterfall System to convert every long-form video into multiple organic assets.
  • Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all channels.
  • Track organic performance, report weekly, and iterate based on data.
  • Own thumbnail and title testing to improve click-through rates across YouTube and other socials.
  • Feed winning hooks, themes, and messaging back to the Paid team and support additional channels as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments.
  • Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving feedback on quality, pacing, and creative direction.
  • Experience with short-form content distribution on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Experience building Content Waterfall systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows.
  • Analytics competency with leading and lagging metrics across social platforms.
  • Background in coaching, info-products, or online education is highly preferred.
  • Comfort working full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to overlap 3–4 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
  • Ability to work in an async-first environment using tools like Slack and Loom.
  • Experience growing social platforms from little or no views and sales is strongly valued.
