Description

Deliver planning and budget refinement for banking projects.
Lead and coordinate the business change management team.
Manage project coordination and governance activities.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
Manage project communications across teams and workstreams.
Coordinate IT functional changes, testing, and rollout activities.
Oversee operational TOM coordination and dependency management.
Coordinate testing and manage change requests.
Work closely with distributed teams to ensure project delivery and continuity.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proven end-to-end project management track record.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
Ability to prevent and mitigate conflict of interests through strong stakeholder management.
Experience in investment banking or institutional banking is required.
Experience in securities services or the fund industry is an asset.
Experience with financial market infrastructure such as SWIFT or platforms like Clearstream is preferred.
Experience working in global and dispersed teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
Open-minded approach and initiative-taking attitude.
