Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Digital Court Reporter and other Maggie-related roles.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications and fit through high-volume phone/video interviews.
  • Move qualified candidates through the interview process and provide hiring manager recommendations and interview insights.
  • Extend verbal offers and guide candidates through offer acceptance.
  • Serve as the main candidate contact and deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics using Lever and Outlook.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, track funnel activity, and ensure timely disposition of applicants in the ATS.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps such as assessments, reference checks, and hiring documentation.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare weekly pipeline and hiring activity reports for leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs, feedback, pipeline health, and process improvements.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, university partnerships, career fairs, and other channels.
  • Support recruiting projects, talent acquisition initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting structured candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Lever or a similar ATS.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom.
  • Experience recruiting for customer-facing, operational, or service-oriented roles (preferred).
  • Experience supporting remote hiring across multiple states (preferred).
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Prior agency or contract recruiting experience (preferred).
