Description

  • Recruit candidates through cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and other sourcing methods.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates across departments to support future growth.
  • Screen candidates through the HR system and keep candidate records up to date.
  • Manage and hire search firms and outside agencies as needed.
  • Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting techniques.
  • Assist with selecting new HR technology, corporate training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support compensation planning and HR policy updates.
  • Provide additional HR and consulting support as business needs require.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a strong performance track record.
  • Experience with both agency and in-house corporate recruiting preferred.
  • At least 1 year of freelance or contract experience preferred.
  • Interest in pursuing freelancing as a long-term career path preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Availability for 20-30 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs.
  • Experience in a contract or part-time recruiting role preferred.
