Description

Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects across builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and ongoing support engagements.
Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, delivery quality, risk logs, and change requests.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide proactive updates through Loom, email, and meetings.
Lead recurring review calls and roadmap discussions to support client goals and ongoing growth.
Allocate tasks across designers and developers, facilitate weekly delivery meetings, and review project progress.
Conduct QA reviews, enforce agency standards, and escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed.
Help improve SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, and reporting structures.
Review project scope changes, support budget management, and help keep work aligned with profitability targets.
Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation when needed.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, or Shopify/eCommerce environments.
Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams.
Preferred familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows, distributed or international teams, and agile delivery processes.
Experience with Asana, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, Shopify, and AI productivity tools such as Claude is highly preferred.
