Description

  • Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, including builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and ongoing support engagements.
  • Own project timelines, budgets, documentation, delivery quality, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across development, design, SEO, and email teams to keep work within scope and performance expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide proactive updates through Loom, email, and meetings.
  • Lead recurring client review calls and roadmap discussions to maintain long-term relationships and identify upsell or retainer opportunities.
  • Facilitate weekly delivery meetings and project reviews, and allocate tasks across designers and developers.
  • Conduct QA reviews, enforce agency standards, and support junior team members through mentorship and process guidance.
  • Help improve SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, reporting structures, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Review project changes, support budget management, and assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation when needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, or Shopify/eCommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams.
  • Preferred familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows.
  • Preferred experience managing distributed or international teams.
  • Preferred knowledge of agile delivery processes.
  • Preferred strong QA and process management mindset.
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, and Shopify is highly preferred.
  • Preferred experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude.
  • Core working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET, with occasional flexibility required for urgent client communication.
